We use gentle techniques and local anesthesia to make your experience as pain-free and comfortable as possible.

Yes our treatments are personalized for adults of all ages who want to improve the appearance of their smile. We welcome both men and women, and we assess each patient individually during consultation to ensure the chosen treatment is safe and appropriate for your oral health, lifestyle, and goals.

No major preparation is needed. Just bring any previous dental records if available. Avoid heavy staining foods/drinks (coffee, red wine, berries) 24 hours before whitening or polishing sessions for best results. We’ll guide you fully during booking.

Virtually none for most treatments. You can eat, drink (avoid staining items for 24–48 hours after whitening), and smile immediately. Minor sensitivity (rare) usually resolves within hours to a day. We provide clear aftercare instructions.

  • Whitening top-ups: every 6–12 months
  • Composite bonding/refinishing: check-ups every 6 months + polish every 6–12 months
